The two maps illustrate the road that is access to a city hospital between 2007 and 2010.
Overall, in 2007, there was only one road called hospital road connect to the city hospital which was surround by the ring road. Many bus stops were built on the both sides of the hospital road and there could be easily seen that a big car park for staff and public was located in the east of the hospital road and between the city hospital and the city road.
In 2010, the junctions were all replaced by the roundabouts. And the bus stops were all be updated to a bus station which was just located in the west of the hospital road and connected to the two roundabouts. What's more, there was a new parking area for public in the east of the city hospital and the old car park was not opened for public anymore.

There has been much debate about whether living in a country where people should speak a foreign language can cause serious social problems and practical problems. From where I stand, I consider that living in a foreign language speaking country hardly cause serious issues.
Some people argue that living in a country which is require people to speak a foreign language can engender some serious social and practical problems. They may base their argument on the considerations that people can not explain their feelings well with a foreign language. For example, they may use some literary words to explain happiness and sadness in a daily chat, and this may make others feel strange. Besides, language is based on culture. Because of the different culture, people may more easily use some political words that make other people misunderstand. However, in my opinion, I think the point is partial.
Other people, believe that living in a foreign language speaking country can not cause serious problems. They have some good points to support their view. On one hand, with the help of the Internet, people can learn different culture of different countries easily, which means that they can learn what can do and what can not do before they go to another countries. On the other hand, with the development of the society, people are more kindly and friendly, they are more keen on helping others who meet social issues.
In the end, although it seems that living in a foreign language speaking country cause some problems, it is too partial because people can get the help from Internet and others easily in today worlds. So, I firmly consider that living in a country where people have to speak a foreign language can not cause serious social problems and practical problems.
