The flow chart provides an overview of a power station. It shows how the river comes from the dam and generate electricity, and then pump into the high-level reservoir again.
First, the water comes from a river and is stored in the high-level reservoir which has a dam to deter the water from going outside. Next, from there, it flows down through the intake into a generator to generate electricity at day time, then the electricity in the power station through the power lines to a national grid.
However, at night, the direction of the water flow change. The intake, which is closed at night, deter the water in the high-level reservoir from flowing down. And then, it combine with the reversible turbines, which can operate generator at day and pump water into high-level reservoir at night, allows the flow of water during pumping.
After that, the water which is stored in the low-level reservoir can pumping into the high-level reservoir, and can be stored in that again.

There has been much debate about whether music is a good method to join people from different cultures and ages together. From where I stand, I consider that different people can be gather by music.
Some people propose that music can have the power of gather different people together. They have some good points to support their view. Firstly, music can build up a common topic when different people get together. To be more specific, if a group of people who have listened the music which is composed by their favourite author, they can quickly open a topic when they first begin a talk, and they would probably be good friends because of the common interests. Secondly, people can understand other people's culture and their thinking from different age. For example, people who enjoy listening to the Kpop, can learn the Korean culture well, so they may prefer to talk with Korean to discuss the Kpop. And children who listen to the educational songs, can do well in talk and make friends with their brothers or sisters.
Others, however, argue that music can not be a good way of bringing people of different cultures and ages together. They have their arguments too. They may think other factors, like good education and social environment are more important to be concerned with. For example, people with good education and social environment can have the ability to understand others, and trend to accept and respect other people's thinking from different cultures and ages. However, I think these people ignore that music has the special advantage that people can listen and enjoy without other requirements, because music has the rhythm that anyone can get their personal views from that.
In conclusion, considering that music presents more merits, I firmly believe that music is a good way of bringing people of different cultures and ages together.
