The bar chart illustrate the results of a survey in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Hobart, about people's coffee and tea buying and drinking habits.

The first group is bought fresh coffee in last 4 weeks. According to the chart, Sydney and Melbourne had the almost percentage of city residents which were about 43%, ranked the highest in five cities. By contrast, Brisbane and Adelaide ranked last, with about 34%. As for Hobart, it accounted for 37%.

The second group shows people who bought instant coffee in last 4 weeks. It can be seen that Hobart took the head, constituting 54%, whereas on the other end of the spectrum lay Sydney(46%).

As regards the last group, which shows people who went to a cafe for coffee or tea in last 4 weeks, compared with Adelaide which provided the lowest figure of 49% in this group, Melbourne and Hobart ranked first at about 63%.

Overall, the percentage of city residents who went to a cafe for coffee or tea in last 4 weeks was approximately always the highest in five cities and bought fresh coffee kept the lowest figure.

Nowadays, owing a home is more important than renting one for people in some countries. From where I stand, I think there are two main reasons which causes this social phenomena and I consider that it is a positive situation.

The first very obvious reason is that the rental home is not only temporary for people but also costs a lot of money. To be more specific, in some countries, totally, the money spend on paying rental home in one's life is approximately the same on buying a own house, and the latter people can own a home but the house in the former even is not belong to one's own. So, people may prefer to owning a home and think it is more important.

Secondly, owning a home is more important for children to go to school. For example, in China, people who own a home can have the priority to choose a good school nearby home. What's more, owning a home is more convenient for children to set up a plan about their high school because there are not so many high schools have dormitory for children. So, owning a home is more important for people.

In my opinion, I think it is a positive situation that people feel owning a home is more important. In some countries, people owning a home can make people's life more stable. Owning a home means people will not be worried about where they can live anymore, and they do not need to take the risk of the instability of the rental home.

To sum up, money and children may be the two main reasons why people think owning a home is more important. And I consider that it is a positive situation because people's life can be more stable with their own house.
